Help us Discourage Unfair Solicitation
There is always someone trying to get by without paying their fair share. An example would be a salesperson soliciting on the floor with their business cards and literature – but not having paid for a booth. Another example is a company setting up a display and hospitality suite at a hotel – but not having paid for a booth. Companies such as these are taking advantage of those who have paid their fair share. Booth fees have helped pay for the publicity to draw the crowd to Northern Green. Any commercial enterprise who wants contact with this gathering of green industry professionals should pay for a booth. If you come into contact with companies that don’t have a booth, but are soliciting on the floor or have a display in a hotel room, please take these actions: (1) Get a copy of their business card and turn it into show management at the Welcome Center; and/or (2) Tell the company representative that they are violating show policy and that they should have bought a booth.
Although every reasonable effort is made to provide the speakers, topics, and sessions listed, some changes or substitutions may occur. Speakers and sessions are subject to cancellation or change up to and including the day the session(s) are scheduled to be held. Changes or cancellations are made at the discretion of MNLA/MTGF and may be done without notifying attendees. If sessions are changed or cancelled, no refunds should be expected. Submission of the registration form acknowledges acceptance of this provision.
