Exhibitor Registration Is Now Open!

Everyone on your exhibitor team must be registered for a name badge in order to enter the trade show during show hours. (You do not need a name badge to set up your booth prior to the trade show.)

A limited number of free passes come with booth rental as outlined below (if you require more than the allotted free passes, you will be invoiced accordingly):

• 1 booth rented = Four (4) Trade Show Only Passes.
• 2 booths rented = Eight (8) Trade Show Only Passes.

NOTE: All exhibitors with 3+ booths will be sent a code to register for your education passes.

• 3-4 booths rented = One (1) free education pass + twelve (12) free Trade Show Only Passes.
• 5-7 booths rented = Two (2) free education passes + sixteen (16) free Trade Show Only Passes.
• 8-10 booths rented = Three (3) free education passes + thirty-two (32) free Trade Show Only Passes.

Onsite registration will be available for Northern Green at the Saint Paul RiverCentre beginning at 1:00pm on Monday, Jan. 20. Registration will also be available Tuesday, Jan. 21 at 6:30am, Wednesday, Jan. 22 at 7:30am and Thursday, Jan. 23 at 6:30am.

INSTRUCTIONS: After selecting “Individual” or “Group” registration, choose the “Exhibitor MEMBER” or “Exhibitor NON-MEMBER” category to proceed with exhibitor registration. Membership will be verified.

Need Additional Registrations?

Below is the pre-registration pricing for adding additional staff to your registration list.

¹Register on or before Jan. 2 to receive badges in the mail. The deadline for pre-registration is Jan. 13 and all who pre-register between Jan. 3 and Jan. 13 have the option of printing a name badge at the Self Check-In Kiosk onsite.
*Group Discount: A 10% discount is available to an individual company registering 10 or more people for a 1-Day educational pass or greater. Not valid for student or trade show only passes. Valid only for pre-registration completed online with all registrants entered in one registration. Not valid with other discounts/promotions.
**This rate applies to those currently enrolled in horticulture, landscape, arboriculture, or grounds study at the high school or college level. School name must be included on the registration form and may be verified.
